Depending on the matter and confirmed proposal, support may include assessment, a checklist, document review, application preparation, supplementary documents and key-stage follow-up. Steps that require the employer or applicant to act directly are explained upfront.

How are fees calculated?

Fees depend on the matter, service scope, document readiness and urgency. After assessment, we explain the service fee, estimated timing and possible third-party costs such as authentication, translation, medical checks and delivery.

How long does the process usually take?

Timing depends on the application type, document preparation, applicant location and authority review. We can provide a practical estimate after assessment, but authority processing time cannot be guaranteed. Renewals and transfers should ideally be reviewed at least 30 days early.

Can I ask if I am not sure which visa I need?

Yes. Share the purpose of coming to China, expected stay, whether employment is involved and who the inviter is. We can then identify whether a work, business, family or other route is more relevant.

What if a document is close to or past expiry?

Contact us promptly and provide the exact expiry date. We will first review whether renewal, employer transfer or another option may still be available. The closer the deadline, the fewer practical options there may be.

Can a B-class work permit still be possible below 60 points?
